Distributorship program:
We have two distributorships available for retail sales.

The cabinet door and backsplash distributorship enables wholesale pricing and full cabinet door line access to the distributor. Limited exclusivity accompanies the purchase.

A full line distributorship includes access to all custom built design lines, show room or booth displays, wholesale pricing, and protected product representation. Distributors will be required to perform customer service, including product installations, in the protected area of purchase. A copy of our distributor agreement is found below.

Distributor Agreement
The purchaser will receive rights to distribute Marble-ized Copper products throughout his purchased territory.
Products will be purchased from Marble-ized Copper and shipped to the distributor. Available products include:
Counter tops, backsplash sheeting, brick lines, residential hoods, chimney caps, table tops, window cornices, window sills, stair risers, ceiling tiles, crown molding, vanities, and cabinet door inlays. Customized products will also be provided as customer demands Upon a distributorship agreement the follwing will be delivered to the new distributor for display or use in a trade show or show room.

• Copper counter top (25" x 4') with a drop in sink and copper back splash, a piece of custom cabinetry under the counter top and sink with copper inlays on the doors and drawer plates. One cabinet upper to highlight backsplash and copper door.
• One ceiling display with 6 sq ft of ceiling tile and crown molding (12" x 12")
• One bathroom vanity with a custom cabinet and drop in sink (25" x 36")
• One residential vent hood (36" x 20")XVOne bar with counter or other selected piece of furnishing with copper accentsXVTwelve cabinet doors with copper inlays
• Three display boxes and storage containers for cabinet doors
• Ten color display panels in wooden display rack
• Twelve sq ft brick pattern display board free standing
• One 24" x 8" window cornice

Marble-ized Copper will provide the new distributor with:

• A 30 second TV commerical.
• Training to measure, install, and represent the products.
• Entry to the first local trade show of the owner's choice.
• Advertising material: 1000 color brochures
• 1000 business cards
• Link to the Marble-ized Copper web site and listing as an authorized distributor

The new distributor will be required to sign:

• A two year non-disclosure of trade secrets learned from the propietary system of installing Marble-ized Copper . This non-disclosure will take affect upon termination of distributorship relationship. Confidentiality will exist throughout the duration of the relationship on all products distributor represents as Marble-ized Copper.
• A non competition clause against the manufacturing or sale of copper products.
• A limited one year warranty will accompany all products sold to our distributors. They will be required to also have a one year warranty on their installation services. A commitment to quality and craftsmanship will be required. They will also be required to insure Marble-ized Copper as a co-insured for general liabilty policies.
• Termination of agreement can occur if: (no refund of any sort)
  • At any time the distributor is no longer satisfied with the products or services provided by Marble-ized Copper.
  • A 30 day written notification of agreement termination can be forwarded to Marble-ized Copper for notification with the termination date.
  • The distributor fails to perform or misrepresents our products.
  • The distributor fails to meet minimum sale goals of $30,000. annually from Marble-ized Copper. (This agreement will stay in effect for an annual fee when annual sale goals are not met.)
